At Beach Hard, all of our products are custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please Note:

  • We encourage you to review all product details, sizing, and personalization carefully before placing your order.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can assist you appropriately.

  • We are not responsible for errors in personalization details entered by the customer during checkout.

Why No Returns?

Because each product is made specifically for you, it cannot be resold or restocked. This policy helps us maintain fair pricing and reduce waste.
